Classes

I want to make pilates as accessible and enjoyable for all, therefore I offer a mix of online and in-person classes to cater to everyone's preference.

All of my classes are available via zoom.

​

If you are completely new to pilates, I recommend an in-person session to start, just so we can go over the basics and make sure the foundations are there.

Mixed Ability Evening In-person

Wednesday 6.15pm @ The White Hill Centre

This class is perfect for all abilities, and the ideal wind down to the day. Throughout the sessions we will use a mix of equipment to help strengthen the body.

Zoom only 

Thursday 10am & 6pm

Perfect for those who just want to hunker down at home. A familiarity with the repetoire is useful for these, but not essential. Throughout the sessions we will use a mix of equipment to help strengthen the body.

Bodyweight Pilates

Monday 6pm @ The White Hill Centre

This class will be a consistent body weight class, enabling us to really focus in on the essence of each exercise, really stripping it back to the groundwork.  Once we have that, we can further explore combinations and the more complex exercises that can otherwise feel rushed. 

Ideal for those new to pilates, to grasp the key concepts, as well as the more experienced.
