Do I need any exercise experience?

Not at all! Just a willingness to learn and a desire to move.

How does Stott Pilates differ from Classic Pilates?

Stott Pilates focuses on five basic principles that are geared towards the ideal alignment of the body. It also draws on a wider variety of exercises and makes use of small equipment, to either further the challenge or assist the movement.

What equipment will I need?

I will use a mixture of weights, fitness circle, small ball, flex band and body weight.

For in person classes, I will provide the necessary equipment, but you are welcome to bring your own.

If you're joinging in on Zoom and, you don't have the equipment, I'll suggest homemade, alternative solutions that you can use in class.
