Do I need any exercise experience?
Not at all! Just a willingness to learn and a desire to move.
How does Stott Pilates differ from Classic Pilates?
Stott Pilates focuses on five basic principles that are geared towards the ideal alignment of the body. It also draws on a wider variety of exercises and makes use of small equipment, to either further the challenge or assist the movement.
What equipment will I need?
My classes use a mixture of weights, foam roller, sliding discs, fitness circle, small ball, flex band and body weight. I will let you know in advance what were are using.

For in person classes, I will always have equipment with me, but please do bring your own if you have it (or if you'd like a different weight/resistance)

If you're joining in on Zoom and you don't have the equipment, I'll suggest homemade, alternative solutions that you can use instead.
