A Little Bit About Me

For as long as I can remember, I have always enjoyed sport. As a child, I was constantly running around from one activity to the next . Through my childhood and into teen years, dance was a passion of mine and an integral part of my life. However, that can start to take its toll on your body, which is where pilates came in.  I found myself wanting a low-impact sport, that still left my body feeling strong and powerful. Pilates is great for discovering and challenging the strength of your body, without putting it under stress. It places your attention on the muscular and anatomical aspects of movement, requiring focus and creating a deeper mind/body connection.

Pilates is the first sport I have found that is truly accessible and beneficial to all.

I am fully qualified as a Stott Pilates Instructor in Basic and Intermediate Mat Pilates.
