Why pilates?

Pilates is one of the best ways to feel strong and connected to your body. The aim is to draw our body closer to the 'ideal' alignment, so that we can move through our lives in the most-efficient and tension-free way.


Everyone is different; my aim as an instructor is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise programme that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout, so you walk away feeling stronger and ready to face the day.

Pilates was my way back into sport, it helped me to appreciate what my body was capable of in a low impact, safe space. I started to see the ripple effect it had on other aspects of my life; increased core strength, improved posture, greater flexibility and minimised everyday aches and pains. At the end of sessions I felt calmer and more present within myself. I wanted to train as a pilates instructor so that I could allow others to experience the joy of pilates as well !
